To start preparing the Grilled Vegetables with French Cheese, blanch the tomato, peel it, drain it and chop it finely. Mix a teaspoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt and set aside.
Cut all the vegetables except the broccoli into rounds of equal thickness, neither too thin nor thick.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil to a pan and arrange these vegetables delicately, sprinkle them with a little salt and without ruining them, let them cook for 2-3 minutes before turning off the heat.
Meanwhile, heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
Grease a baking dish with the rest of the oil, distribute the diced cherry tomatoes, add the crushed garlic and arrange the slightly heated vegetables one by one in a nice baking dish in layers. Cover with broccoli, salt and bake at 160 for 25-30 minutes (if necessary, tend towards the end).
In the last 3-4 minutes add the grated cheese, mixed herbs and grill until cooked through.
