Easy Fried Rice with Leftover Turkey
Do you have leftover Thanksgiving turkey? Here is an easy turkey meat fried rice recipe. To celebrate Thanksgiving again, you can serve with cranberry sauce like I did. Enjoy!

Written recipe for Fried Rice with Leftover Turkey:
Ingredients:
1 cup turnkey meat
1 carrot, cut into flakes
1 small onion, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
avocado or vegetable oil
light soy sauce
salt
Jellied cranberry sauce (optional)
1. Heat the wok or pan over high heat, fry the carrot and onion for about 2 minutes. Add some salt.
2. Add the turkey meat and brown for about 1 minute.
3. Add the rice, mix and fry for about 3 minutes.
4. Add soy sauce to taste.
5. Finish with green onions. Serve!
