Our entry tip for entertaining a small group of guests.
AND appetizer plateau It’s very simple and quick to make. Perfect for hosting a group of friends unexpectedly.
The idea here is to present the appetizers into small bites so that your guests can eat them easily (I recommend cutting the cherry tomatoes into smaller pieces than in the photos).
Personally I served this dish with homemade focaccia, but you can use the bread you prefer (be careful with nuts and peanuts if you have guests with food allergies).
