INGREDIENTS
- 4 Cornmeal tortillas
- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons Brasa sauce, plus extra for drizzling over tacos
- 1 lime for garnish
- ½ cup shredded cabbage (optional)
- 1 avocado, sliced and fanned
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat and drizzle in the oil. Remove the chicken breast from the packaging and dry it with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Pour the chicken broth into the pan and reduce the heat to low/medium. Cook the poached chicken for 7-10 minutes or until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165F.

Remove the chicken from the pan and use two forks to shred the chicken into a bowl. You can also use a stand mixer to shred the chicken.
- Pwe add the Brasa sauce to the chopped chicken breast and season.
- Heat a smaller saucepan over medium-low heat. Place the corn flour tortilla in the skillet to heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side or until desired heat.
- To assemble the tacos, add the shredded chicken to the tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage and sliced avocado. Season the taco with more Brasa sauce and enjoy!
