If you love the taste of Earl Gray tea, you'll love the taste of London Fog. It tastes like a sweet vanilla latte, with savory hints of floral black tea running through it. Earl Gray tea gets its distinctive flavor from the addition of bergamot, a bitter citrus fruit found throughout Europe.

HOW TO DO IT
There are two parts to this drink:
- Earl gray tea
- Frothed milk
STEP 1: Boil the water.
Boil water on the stovetop or use a electric kettle with temperature setting (water set at 208°F).
STEP 2: Combine tea and hot water in a teapot.
For each cup of London Fog, use 1.5 teaspoons Gray Count.
STEP 3: Cover the teapot and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
While the tea is steeping, prepare the milk foam.
STEP 4: Heat the milk.
Heat the milk on the stove by simmering over low heat until hot. Be careful that the milk does not come to the boil. Stir occasionally.
STEP 5: Pour the hot milk into a French press.
STEP 6: Pump the plunger of the French Press until the volume of milk doubles.
STEP 7: Strain the tea leaves and pour the tea into a cup.
STEP 8: Mix the sugar and vanilla extract.
STEP 9: Pour the frothed milk from the French press into the cup with the tea. (create a fun drawing if you want)
Serve at the right temperature and enjoy your meal.
Fun fact: This famous milk tea got its start on the West Coast
A regular customer named Mary Loria was pregnant and could no longer drink coffee, so she asked for an alternative to her daily drink and was given a mixture of warm milk with Earl Gray tea and a little vanilla, which became commonly known as the London fog
