Written recipe for Shrimps and Asparagus in Garlic Sauce:
Ingredients:
12 ounces asparagus (remove ends and slice)
7 ounces shrimp (season with salt and powdered white pepper)
8 cloves of garlic (use 1/3 for the sauce)
2 teaspoons seafood seasoned soy sauce or light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/3 cup water
vegetable oil (I use avocado oil)
salt
white pepper powder or black pepper powder
To prepare the garlic sauce:
Combine 2/3 of the minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1/3 cup of water. Mix well
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and drops of oil.
2. Blanch the asparagus for about 30 seconds. Extract in ice water.
3. Blanch the prawns for about 1 minute. Extract in ice water.
4. Heat the pan over medium-high heat, add the oil. Sauté 1/3 of the minced garlic for about 5 seconds.
5. Add shrimp and asparagus. Fry in a pan for about 30 seconds.
6. Add 1/2 of the sauce and mix. Add the remaining sauce and complete with a little salt to taste. Serve.
