  • 1 medium carrot (3 oz-90 g) grated
  • fresh parsley, half a bunch chopped
  • 1/4 cup (35 g) breadcrumbs
  • 1 potatoes (9 ounces – 250 g) grated and squeezed
  • 2 egg
  • 1 ½ teaspoon (7 g) salt
  • 1 teaspoon (3 g) ground black pepper
