Ho Fun (Chow Fun) Stir Fried Quick and Easy, ready in 10 minutes
In this video I will show you how to make such a simple stir fry with Ho Fun (Chow Fun) and vegetables. It can be a quick meal for lunch or dinner, with a great combination of rice noodles, eggs and vegetables. While the Ho Fun noodles are soft and chewy, the vegetables have the crunch to complement them. Enjoy!

Written Recipe for Stir Fried Ho Fun (Chow Fun):
Ingredients:
10 ounces Ho Fun (Chow Fun), microwave if not freshly made
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 red or regular onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
4 ounces bean sprouts
2 green onions, sliced
salt
avocado or vegetable oil
sesame oil
for the sauce:
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1/2 oyster sauce
1. Heat the wok over high heat and add oil. Add eggs to make scrambled eggs. Set it aside.
2. Add a little more oil, fry the garlic and then the onion. Cook until the onion has softened.
3. Add Ho Fun and fry for about 1 minute.
4. Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix.
5. Add the eggs and bean sprouts and mix together.
6. Garnish with green onions and drizzle with a little sesame oil. Serve!
