Mexican
Taco Time: El Sirloin de la Roma

A welcome new variation on the “trompo” theme at La Roma, El Sirloin offers delicious beef tacos, vertically grilled to smoky perfection and served on flour or corn tortillas with a tempting selection of salsas. Our favorite is the güero chili taco, the thinly sliced meat served in a blackened, slightly spicy fresh chili, topped with oozing melted cheese. Service is standing or sitting under a large “gondola” that occupies several former parking lots in busy Coahuila, not far from Mercado Medellín.

Coahuila 208, Rome (see map)
