How to make fried rice with tapa and eggs

Preparing the tapa for this tapa rice and fried eggs means taking a lot of time to flavor the meat. To do this, combine garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. After mixing these ingredients together, add a pound of thinly sliced ​​horse meat. Mix the horse meat well, covering it with your tasty marinade. Then, cover the bowl and refrigerate, leaving it to soak for at least three hours.

  • Place the leftover rice in the pan and stir until all the ingredients are well distributed.

  • Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Continue to fry for 3-5 minutes. Note: You can add salt if necessary.

  • Top with remaining green onions. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with the fried tapa. Share and enjoy!

Notes

As an alternative to horse meat, the following proteins can also be used: beef or pork.
Boiling the tapa before frying it is a good way to ensure the meat becomes tender. However, you can skip this process if the protein you prefer is tender enough to begin with. However, you will need to add a cup of lemon-lime soda to the marinade.
