Shrimp Fajitas

Shrimp Fajitas

My husband loves fajitas! It’s the one thing he ordered while we were on vacation in Mexico… every single day! I could never order the same meal every day, but that’s a different story. He claimed that these shrimp fajitas were better than any he had ever had at a restaurant – now that’s a compliment from my fajita-loving husband!
