Roasted carrot and beet salad with costeño cheese
We invite Salsas Aderezos to create recipes with our Christmas salad, of which they are part. We hope you enjoy this and all the recipes we have created for you.
You need:
- 1 bag of Christmas salad, which includes SweetMix, lentil and dried fruit mix and Original Vinaigrette Dressings®
- Butter
- 4 orchard carrots
- 4 baby beets from Pomario
- Ground coastal cheese
Preparation
Peel and cut the carrots and beets in half. Heat the butter in a pan and cook it over low heat. for 7 minutes or until soft. Remove and reserve.
Serve the Christmas salad leaves and add the mix lentils and dehydrated fruit.
Arrange the roasted carrots and beets on the leaves.
Spread the minced Costeño cheese. Add the original vinaigrette and cover completely. Serve and enjoy.
