Written recipe for Chinese Golden Pumpkin Soup:

Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin puree
5 slices napa cabbage
1 teaspoon chicken broth
1 piece of ginger
1 tablespoon goji berries (optional)
3 1/2 cups water
salt
olive oil
chopped green onion
black pepper

1. Bring water to a boil and add salt, broth and olive oil.
2. Add the napa cabbage and cook for about 7 minutes or until tender.
3. Stir the puree into the soup and simmer for about 2 minutes.
4. Add the goji berries and grate the ginger to your taste. Simmer for about 1/2 minute.
5. Top with black pepper and chopped green onions. Serve!
