Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of beef ribs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ cup Brassica sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 315°F.
- Grease a 13×9-inch baking dish and arrange the ribs.
- Season both sides of the chops with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for 35 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cumin, cinnamon, smoked paprika and brasa sauce until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the ribs, making sure to coat each rib evenly with the sauce.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and cook in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours or until the meat is tender and falling away from the bone.
- During the last 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil to brown the ribs.
- Serve immediately with mashed potatoes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and enjoy!
