The Foolproof Recipe Anyone Can Cook: Beef Short Ribs with Brasa Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of beef ribs
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ cup Brassica sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 315°F.
  2. Grease a 13×9-inch baking dish and arrange the ribs.
  3. Season both sides of the chops with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for 35 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cumin, cinnamon, smoked paprika and brasa sauce until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture over the ribs, making sure to coat each rib evenly with the sauce.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and cook in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours or until the meat is tender and falling away from the bone.
  7. During the last 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil to brown the ribs.
  8. Serve immediately with mashed potatoes.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and enjoy!
