I am a Nutrition and Wellness Coach and my aim is, as I follow my wellness journey, to share experiences, tastes and advice that can be part of the wellbeing journey of many people.

I have this to tell you about radishes:

radishes
An unknown vegetable in the known.
A unique and sometimes acquired flavor, because it tastes and tastes different at the same time.
It’s just different.
Simply delicious with a good lemon juice, salt and pepper. To accompany a salad with that juice already colored vibrant red.
To munch on a fresh salad and give it spicy notes, but without being spicy at all.
Or make it more enveloping and comforting with this new recipe that I share with you:
A hug from my dad who was the intellectual author and from whom I replicated this delight!!
A hug to you when you try it!!

RADISH SOUP

They need:

  • 10 radishes. If they are smaller they can be used a little more.
  • 1/2 white or purple onion.
  • A handful of onion or 1 branch.• 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste or 1 crushed garlic.
  • 4-5 cauliflower seedlings. I use it to thicken the soup a little more and not add potatoes. It can also be made with a little carrot or a potato.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Start by browning the garlic paste, white onion and sprig in a little oil. Add the radishes, sauté a little and add 2 cups of water or chicken broth if you have it.

Cool and add salt, pepper and spices to the regular blender.
